Breakfast was very good as well as the location. The bathroom setup was very good and the water pressure of the shower.
The location was good, walking distance to the hanok area. The weird thing about this hotel is the window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is a blind that keeps the folks in the bedroom from seeing the person in the shower. It is a very odd design. The rooms are on the smaller side, with little room for placing luggage. We used the couch and desk for our luggage. The two beds were nice as we are friends travelling. The shower, toilet, accessories, etc were fine. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis. We did not eat at the hotel or use the gym. I liked the iron and board they provided. I appreciate that the hotel provided tea and coffee bags, however, no cream. I believe that might be standard in S Korea at hotels?

Brand new property with nice size rooms. Walking distance to the Hanok village. Super clean hotel and the breakfast was nice with lots of choice of western and Asian options. The shared spaces were nice but quite busy at peak times.

The breakfast at the weekend got very busy and had a 20 min wait at one point.

This modern, well maintained hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to landmarks, breakfast was good with lots of choices. Our room was a good size. We praise the Reception staff for helping us with a left behind cell phone and for calling for a taxi twice for us. Huge window looked out on part of the city. Great little bar next door LP. Café.

Our main concern was having no place to put our luggage, so we used the extra twin bed, after placing a towel beneath the suitcases.

The location was close to hanok village but not in the heart of it so it was not as noisy. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent.

Because the hotel parking lot was always full, we were directed to another site for parking every night.

Nice spot. About a 15 minute walk from the Hanok village and 7 minutes from the other shopping area. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was easy.

Good location

Turned off the A/C from midnight to 0800. Being on the top floor, our room became uncomfortably warm. When we complained, they gave us a fan. I recommend picking a room on the lower levels.

I visited Korea for a short family trip and stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights. Since the hotel is relatively new, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The facilities were spotless and gave a very fresh and neat impression. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit in the future.One of the highlights was its proximity to Jeonju Hanok Village, which allowed me to enjoy a lovely time with my daughter. There were also many great restaurants nearby, making it a wonderful culinary trip as well.

Room was amazing, staff was helpful, gym was fine and restaurant was great.

The hotel should enforce the towel rule in the gym because other guests were being disgusting. The town is terribly boring but if you have to come by to Jeonju, stay at this hotel.

Good location and close to lots of restaurants

We started two nights and we were surprised they didn’t clean the over flowing rubbish or replace it towels, they took the bath mat and didn’t replace it

Great location with friendly staff and lovely facilities. Easy walks to restaurants, shopping and the village and other tourist sites. Only downside of the whole stay is the room being too warm and not being able to adjust the temperature.
